Swedish Massage

Massage is the manipulation of the body's soft tissues. Massage techniques are commonly applied with hands, fingers, elbows, knees, forearms, feet, or a device. The purpose of massage is generally for the treatment of body stress or pain

Traditional Thai massage

Traditional Thai Massage is an extraordinary method of aligning the energies of the body and originates from the time of Buddha. Elements of Yoga and Ayurveda from India are combined with universal energy healing principles to harmonize and balance the flow of energy throughout the body. It is performed with the client comfortably clothed (traditional thai clothing provided) on a special Thai mat. Thai Massage consists of a series of interactive, flowing movements, stretches and rhythmic massage, along all the body's energy lines and pressure points. This often deeply meditative experience can result in a profound release from mental and physical stress. Combination Massage

Combination Massage is integrating more than one style or massage modality. Combines techniques from Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, trigger point therapy, hot stone and Thai massage. These combinations are used to tailor the massage towards your personal preferences and specific needs.

Back Walking Massage

Walking on back massage, also called ashiatsu massage, is a centuries-old massage technique originally performed by monks, this technique is becoming increasingly popular in America. This controlled deep tissue massage has many benefits. The feet are used to stroke, push and pull muscles to release tension. Prior to the start of the session, massage oil is applied to the client’s back, to further facilitate the stroking, gliding movements needed. During the session, the therapist will be holding onto a bar positioned overhead to remain steady and to support any extra body weight not required for the compression and massage. In addition, the therapist takes special care to protect the joints and spine so that pain and injury do not result. The result is a deep, relaxing massage that is entirely painless and completely beneficial.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is best for giving attention to certain painful, stiff "trouble spots" in your body. The massage therapist uses slow, deliberate strokes that focus pressure on layers of muscles, tendons, or other tissues deep under your skin. Though less rhythmic than other types of massage, deep tissue massage may be therapeutic -- relieving chronic patterns of tension and helping with muscle injuries, such as back sprain.

Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient, healing type of bodywork. The recipient wears comfortable clothing and lies down or is seated on a soft, thick massage mat. The therapist guides the person through a series of postures while massaging the muscles and along the body’s energy lines and pressure points. The result is a comprehensive full body treatment that balances the body energetically and leaves the person feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Hot Stone Massage

Stone massage is a form of alternative medicine massage therapy and bodywork involving the placement of a number of either heated or cooled stones to the body for the purpose of pain relief, relaxation and therapy. There are a manifold of variations and techniques used in the application of stone massage therapy, deriving from a variety of traditional practices. Stone massages are primarily used to alleviate physical pain issues, however, are also used to promote emotional and spiritual well being in practice.

Lymphatic drainage massage

Lymphatic drainage massage, also called manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), is a gentle body massage that helps move a fluid called lymph through the body. Using manual, light pressure helps the lymph vessels contract and move built-up fluid through the lymphatic system.1 This technique helps treat side effects of lymphedema—like arms and legs swelling—caused by lymph build-up, which can happen when the lymphatic system isn't working properly.
